So my little cousin graduated this year and we made the trek WAY up north to her teeny tiny town to be a part of the graduation festivities! Mollie was her candle bearer – someone who is gets the light of knowledge passed onto them. It was a very cool experience for Mollie as she LOVES my cousin {M}. {M} has been coming down to stay with me every single year since Mollie was born for one week during the summer. It was always a chance for her to get to have fun in the big city, shopping for school clothes and generally sightseeing and relaxing. Right now she is currently driving down here once again and should arrive tomorrow on my birthday! Except this time she is STAYING and going to university!!! She was accepted with a scholarship to Simon Fraser University!!!! I am so proud of her as that is my old university! WAY to go {M}!!

As I said in my post from two days ago I was super excited to put up these newborn photos! This little girl was just soooo precious! She posed like a pro for me and let me move her around into the sweetest positions. I have a second whole series of photos I will post next week as too as there were just too many great ones!!! Her big sister was an angel once again for me – I always think that every family I photograph is the cutest family but these two sisters are absolutely the most angelic girls!
I hope you enjoy these Mommy as I know you are watching for them!
Keep on the look out for the second series of photos from this little sweetheart’s session!!!

Once again {J} and her lovely children are on the blog! They are beginning to become regulars on here – but that is okay as they are a great looking bunch! You can check out their Maternity Session and Newborn Session. This time around {J} was with her Mom and her Kids for a special secret session for the Fathers/Husbands/Grandpas in her life! We met up at a nearby park and snapped some great shots of the kids and the ladies. I hear that Grandpa/Dad and Hubby all loved their special gifts!

I recently had the pleasure of photographing this lovely Mommy to be and her SWEET SWEET little girl. Little Miss {A} was just so excited to meet her new sister and was extremely cooperative given that she is only 3!!! I just last week got to meet the new little sister and can’t wait to showcase her on the blog soon!
Until then you will have to oooh and ahhh over these photos! I guarantee that the newest addition to the family is JUST AS BEAUTIFUL!
And the last image is one of my all time FAVORITE images EVER!!!

Well its just another MACRO Monday!!! I LOVE messing around with my macro lens. If I am in a bad mood or am feeling blah for any reason I just need to whip out the macro lens and go on the hunt for some flowers or bugs or interesting teeny tiny things. A few weeks ago I spent no more than 5 minutes after the Sparks Spree (Girl Guide Fun Day) snapping pics of some cool flowers around Campbell Valley Park. I finally got a chance to edit them and decided to run them through a haze process. It gives them a nice warm and calm effect I think. Don’t miss the little ANT on the very last flower!

So now that this lovely couple has officially tied the knot I am free to post the pictures they had be do as presents a few weeks ago. H and P got married yesterday in the Okanagan in a very small ceremony. They contacted me about a month ago and wanted to get some engagement photos done to be able to give out to people as gifts at the wedding! I was happy to oblige and we headed out to the walking trails that run beside Burns Bog where we were able to get some fantastic portraits of the two of them!
I hope your ceremony was beautiful and that you were able to surprise everyone with your lovely photos!
CONGRATULATIONS!
