As I said in the previous posts from this wedding – this couple was more than up to try out different poses and locations.  As a result we got some great images and I have WAY too many to share with you guys!  The ceremony took place on the edge of Hatzic Lake just past Mission.  Many of the formal portraits were done in Heritage Park in Mission and a number of the others were done right on the edge of the lake just before the reception.

And the big kids turn on the swing!

We had great fun with this group! They were all up for anything – including climbing up onto these rocks to get the perfect group shot!

Love this dreamy shot!

Stay tuned – there are more to come! This couple was so much fun to photograph and we got a TON of GREAT photos!

So off we headed in the Limo to beautiful Hatzic Lake where the ceremony and reception were to take place!  As I already said the location was just perfect!  Everyone was seated on the patio in front of the lake.  The bridal party walked down a little grassy hill to the dock where the ceremony took place.  It was made official with the family’s tradition of firing off a small cannon to commemorate the union!

YAY!!! Its Official and then we had some time for the portraits!

STAY TUNED FOR MORE!!!

This blog post is LONG overdue! I was without internet last summer due to my move and as a result my summer weddings never got written about.  I am now finally getting the time to blog again and wanted to make certain not to forget about this lovely wedding which took place on Hatzic Lake past Mission.  {K} and {G} had a LOVELY intimate wedding with a gourmet BBQ under tents afterwards.  It was a gorgeous setting for the wedding with everyone facing out onto the lake for the ceremony.  There will definitely be more than one post from this wedding as I have so many favorites!

{K}’s Lovely dress!

Aren’t these shows cute! Great idea to go with flats at an outdoor on the grass wedding!

Her flowers matched all of the colours in the Bridesmaids dresses!

Just stunning

The cute as a button flower girl!

The lovely Bridesmaids!

We had to stop for some photos on her Uncle’s Motorcycle!

Then is was off to the ceremony!

I first met Ms Shannen back when her daughter was still  a little bitty thing.  She brought her beautiful daughter in for some portraits.  She was such a cutie and I still have several of the photos from that session on my website!  I was very excited when she called me to see if I was available for during the day on New Year’s Eve.  She had moved the location of her wedding at the last minute and was looking for a photographer.  I was excited to help her capture her special day and knew that it was going to be a gorgeous and intimate wedding in a cute as a button little chapel!  As it so happened we had been having a very cold, but sunny and dry spell here and there was even snow on the ground making her dream for a winter wedding truly come true!

Here are just a few of the lovely images from Shannen and Vince’s day!  Watch for more coming posts.
