I have fallen a bit behind on the blogging due to the holiday season. Actually lets be honest I have fallen ALOT behind!!! I have sessions from the end of October I still haven’t blogged! So get ready for several posts a week as I need to play catch up!

This lovely couple is due to have their little one in the next few weeks and I am extremely excited as mom and dad are just gorgeous! They were gracious enough to head out to my neck of the woods so we could take some lovely winter photos at Kanaka Creek Park.  It was the perfect day with a dusting of snow and not too cold.

So as the year comes to a close I have been seeing many fellow photographers post summaries of the sessions they have done throughout the year.  I decided to go back and count the number of newborns I have photographed and was surprised to see it was a whopping 34!!!!  I have been so blessed to have these little babies come into my studios in Langley.  I hope you enjoy these collages as much as I do!

If you have been following the blog for any length of time you will remember this GORGEOUS momma! She first came to me for the maternity photos with her little girl and then for newborn photos, 7 month photos, her first birthday celebration and extended family photos.  Now she is back with her second baby bump and I am so excited to meet her next little one! If they are anything at all like their big sister they are going to be CUTE CUTE CUTE!!! I have known this gorgeous momma for 8 years now.  I was a leader for a group of Girl Guides that went to England and Scotland and she was one of my wonderful “girls”.  We had a blast on the trip and I knew that her maternity session would be full of laughs and fun too!  Her older daughter was so excited and posed for every picture with a beautiful smile.  I can’t wait for her baby sister to arrive so she can be showered with love too!

The lovely block letters that were used to spell out the baby’s name were lovingly made by this mommy!  She is selling them for $2 a block and will work with you to customize the blocks to suit your little ones nursery.  Contact her via her facebook.

I was so excited that she was a Maple Ridge dweller like I was.  We ended up going to the gorgeous Kanaka Creek as well as using an old building down the road from my house.  I think she is now officially overdue so I will be waiting patiently right with her for her little one to arrive!

So I have been MIA for a bit on the blog but its been because I have been SUPER busy in real life with summer activities and sessions!  We were down in Oregon for a week at the beach and had a blast.  I will hopefully get around to posting some of the photos at some point.  I have a HUGE backlog of photos to put on here for everyone to see!  I recently got a new program to help me make storyboards so I can post more photos quicker and this will be my first post using it! I hope you like this new format.

I am looking forward to meeting all the newborns that are due to be born this month and next!

Now on to the good stuff the PHOTOS!!! I met up with this lovely couple at the historic Ft Langley Trainstation for some gorgeous photos of their baby bump.  I can’t wait to meet your little one!
