So my little cousin graduated this year and we made the trek WAY up north to her teeny tiny town to be a part of the graduation festivities!  Mollie was her candle bearer – someone who is gets the light of knowledge passed onto them.  It was a very cool experience for Mollie as she LOVES my cousin {M}.  {M} has been coming down to stay with me every single year since Mollie was born for one week during the summer.  It was always a chance for her to get to have fun in the big city, shopping for school clothes and generally sightseeing and relaxing.  Right now she is currently driving down here once again and should arrive tomorrow on my birthday! Except this time she is STAYING and going to university!!! She was accepted with a scholarship to Simon Fraser University!!!! I am so proud of her as that is my old university!  WAY to go {M}!!

Right after moving to Maple Ridge last fall I approached Babydoll Boutique to see if the owner Amber was interested in partnering up so I could gain some exposure in my new town.  She jumped on a the idea and now has a variety of my images gracing the walls of her store on 224th just off of Dewdney Trunk Road (Maple Ridge).  She has a wonderful selection of nursing bras – maybe the largest collection in the lower mainland with gorgeous styles from Hot Milk and Elle McPhereson along with MANY others.  She also has regular bras and gorgeous sets that range in size from A to H!  A few weeks ago Babydoll Boutique hosted a feel good event where women could try on bras or lingerie, get their makeup done by Scarlett Ballantyne, try on some gorgeous jewelry from Stella and Dot and then get some lovely boudoir style photos done by ME!

Here are some of the gorgeous ladies! These were done in front of the large window at the front of the store so they are quite a bit less revealing that the normal boudoir shoots!

The lovely Ms {K} graciously agreed to be a model for the ad that I am currently running with Babydoll Boutique in Maple Ridge.  Babydoll Boutique is a wonderful lingerie store that caters to ALL sizes of women.  From A through to H cup they carry it all!!! If you are out in Maple Ridge go in and check them out! They also do bra fittings and I can tell you from first hand experience you will be amazed by the difference between the size of bra you are wearing and thing you are to what you ACTUALLY are when measured!

So I have to confess I have been meaning to write this post for QUITE some time.  Almost 6 months to be exact! These photos were taken as a wedding present for this beautiful lady’s soon to be husband.   She printed them out and made them into a beautiful and classy album for him which she presented to him when they got married.  Boudoir photos can be for a husband, a boyfriend or even just for you – they are a very empowering thing as most women rarely do things for themselves.  Boudoir photography is not trashy or anything at all like what you would find on a bad internet site.  It is classy and sexy and very glamorous!

Making yourself look pretty and getting some professional portraits of you will definitely make you feel wonderful!

A few items of lingerie, a flowing shirt, a hot dress, a few pairs of sexy pumps along with some fun jewlery will help to make your session a wonderful one.  You could even bring a few of your significant others clothing items.  A tie, his dress shirt, a jersey or even a much loved musical instrument.  Have fun and enjoy yourself!

I was called by a old friend from highschool who has recently gone through some amazing changes in her life.  She was wanting to treat herself to a photoshoot to commemorate the occassion!  The weather was terrible that evening and was POURING RAIN!!!
